First check out the directions, and if your questions are not addressed, please contact us for help below.
General Directions: Some links are active and when you click on it you will go directly to a page with the program you would like to view. Other places material is waiting to be activated, and you will find new links activated each month. For the big picture, go to the Program Menu otherwise called the Site Map or Table of Contents to help you navigate the site.
The site is broken down by categories and each category has a menu at the beginning showing the first half dozen programs and an archives at the end that show all pages under a particular theme. To access your programs you can click on the title of the program, pictures and also any place that says click here to read more... Remember to “Log Out” of Soul Moments after you are through with the site.

Video Programs:
Using earphones enhances the sound and meditation experience. Turn off screen savers so your program won’t be interrupted. Most programs can play even while downloading, but you need to let the first 3-5 seconds elapse before clicking on the arrow. For longer versions, wait for the download or until you see the white line on the bottom bar and then click the arrow to play.
Some programs use QuickTime Movie to display the flash program. If you don’t have QuickTime Movie software on your computer, click here to go to Apple for your FREE QuickTime Movie download. It only takes a few minutes to download. If at any time the video QuickTime stops, click the round knob or arrow to continue. If you see a question mark in the video spot, click the refresh button.
I added some videos from YouTube to add emphasis and inspiration to some programs, and the “step by step” process of my positive change programs. On the bottom tool bar of each of the videos from YouTube you will find a menu, clicking into that menu will provide about 15 more videos on the topic you are watching. Most of the videos are 1-2 minutes snippets.
I look forward to providing each new presentation and to working together...
