Co-Creative Coach Training

Coaching others is one of the most rewarding things we can do in our lives. Whether we are coaching professionally, or using the skill as part of a tool bag of resources within the job that you have, coaching skills can be effective no matter what you do for a living. There are a variety of different coaching models in the world today.  Some of these came from management or organizational development and they emphasize improved productivity, team building and other organizational performance goals.  There are content coaches with niche specialties such as: sales coach, speech coach, business coach, coaches to help you organize your files and offices, and so on.

In addition, there are coaching models that are supervisory coaching processes that take traditional managers to a new role as more participatory kinds of management styles, that includes much more contribution between supervisor and employee. (See below) Even within families, the processes make communication incredibly more effective. We coach whether we are skilled at it or not, as parents, spouses and friends. Why not get the skills to be an excellent coach to everyone you meet.

Co-Creative Coaching is an interactive, hands on training program for individuals who want to strengthen their coaching, supervision, and communication skills, to work more effectively with others as teachers, parents, ministers, niche coaches, or anytime strong one-on-one interaction is needed to problem solve. A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded at the end of each course.

Introduction to Co-Creative Coaching Level I:

The Co-Creative Coaching Level I process and model takes the best of all of the models and adds a different perspective.  It begins with a model that has specific techniques and comprehensive ways of organizing the components of coaching within the whole person. We build standard agreements between coach and client that is the foundation on which the entire coaching relationship is based.

Co-Creative Coaching builds relationships with the total client in mind.  In this relationship, the focus is on the client, what they want in their life and how coach will help to achieve it. It's a powerful relationship for people making important changes in their life.  It's a Co-Creative relationship based on active listening, intuition and strong skills that lead to success.  Imagine someone who can hold your accountability until you get it for yourself and keep you moving towards your dreams and goals.

People come to coaching, because they want things to be different in their lives and bottom line is they are looking for change.  Some people want more from life or peace of mind, simplicity and joy.  Some people want less: less confusion, stress, or financial pressure.  Whatever the individual reason, it all starts with what the client is looking for and this entails change of some sort. In Co-Creative Coaching we look at the whole life.  Career, health, finances, relationships, etc. because we don’t live compartmentalize lives, our lives are linked and all the pieces affect us. Ultimately balance is about making choices: saying yes to some things and no to others.  Clients often want to say yes to more things in their life without making room for or saying no to other things.  These impulses lead to an overwhelming feeling of rushing through life out of balance.
